Terms of Service (EULA) for The RuRi PromptStack™

This Terms of Service ("Terms") constitutes the End-User License Agreement (EULA) between you ("User" or "Purchaser") and RuRiLabs ("Company," "we," or "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using The RuRi PromptStack™ (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms.
1. License Grant
Standard License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product's code snippets, prompts, and assets within your personal or commercial projects.
Premium License: You receive the Standard License grant plus non-transferable access to the private GitHub repository for automated updates.
2. Restrictions and Prohibitions
You agree that you will NOT take the following actions:
Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Product, or any portion thereof, as a standalone product, template, component library, or part of a product offered for sale.
Sharing Access: You may not share your login credentials, download links, or your Premium GitHub repository access with any third party.
Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Product's source files for redistribution.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Product (code, prompts, documentation, and design) belong exclusively to RuRiLabs. The license granted does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
4. Termination
RuRiLabs reserves the right to terminate your license and revoke access to the Product and the GitHub repository immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. RuRiLabs does not guarantee the Product will meet your requirements or be error-free.
