1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-Day, No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee on the purchase price of the Product.

  • Eligibility: The refund period begins on the date of purchase. You must request the refund within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.

  • Product: This guarantee applies to both the Standard and Premium License purchases of The RuRi PromptStack™.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to contact@rurilabs.com with the following information:

  • Your Name

  • The Email Address used for the purchase

  • Your Order Number

3. Processing Refunds

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Upon requesting a refund for the Premium License, your access to the private GitHub repository will be immediately revoked.
